Products & pricing
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product. We work hard to keep pricing accurate; if a pricing error is discovered on an ordered item, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Orders & payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Payment can be made by cash on delivery, or by online payment where offered at checkout.
Delivery & returns
We offer free delivery across the UAE — see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Product use & pet safety
Pet food, supplements and treatments must be used as directed on the pack. If your pet has a health condition, consult your veterinarian before use.
