Delivery across the UAE
We deliver free of charge on all orders across the United Arab Emirates — all 7 emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available. Simply choose it at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your door.
Order processing
Orders are prepared on business days. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and a dispatch update when your order leaves us.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within a few business days, depending on your emirate. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.
What if I’m not home?
If you are not available when the courier arrives, they will attempt delivery and contact you to rearrange a convenient time.
Damaged or incorrect items on delivery
